About this asset

This modern wall-mounted TV unit and vanity set for SketchUp features a sleek light wood finish and a floating, minimalist design. The assembly comprises a long, continuous wall-mounted timber unit that serves dual functions as a media console and a vanity desk. The left portion provides storage for television equipment with integrated drawers, while the right section extends into a desk surface paired with a circular wall-mounted mirror. A small matching stool with a grey fabric seat is included. The light, neutral wood grain provides a clean, contemporary aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors. Every element is designed to be mounted directly to the wall, creating an airy, uncluttered floor space in the room.

The download is a 5.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised as a cohesive component group, allowing for easy placement against wall planes. Users should utilise the 'Move' tool to align the back edges with their project walls, ensuring the unit is set at the desired height. Materials are applied via standard SketchUp textures, which can be scaled or adjusted within the material editor. The model is lightweight and efficient, making it suitable for populating detailed living room or bedroom schemes without significantly impacting viewport performance or file size.

This multifunctional unit is ideal for compact residential projects, particularly in master bedrooms or open-plan living areas where space optimisation is critical. It serves as an excellent solution for architects and interior designers seeking to combine media storage with grooming or workspace functionality in a single, streamlined piece.
