Modern Light Wood Cat Tree and Condo Set

This modern SketchUp cat tree and condo set features a light wood finish and rope-wrapped climbing posts for a clean interior aesthetic. This comprehensive cat furniture set includes two primary structures: a wall-mounted climbing system and a floor-standing storage condo unit. The climbing system consists of several floating shelves, a circular platform with a transparent bowl insert, and a tall vertical post wrapped in heavy-duty sisal rope. The adjacent tall condo unit features a slatted upper partition, multiple internal platforms, and circular cutouts for access. The base of the unit provides integrated storage with smooth-fronted drawers, all finished in a light oak veneer. The design integrates pet-specific functional elements with a minimalist, contemporary furniture style.

The download is a 66.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this asset into a SketchUp scene, place the components as a grouped assembly to maintain their relative spacing. Utilize the layers panel to separate the structural climbing elements from the decorative accessories like bowls and toys. The model is scaled for standard residential ceiling heights; adjust the vertical position of the wall-mounted shelves to suit specific room dimensions. Apply high-resolution wood grain textures to the cabinet faces to enhance the visual realism during rendering, ensuring the rope texture maintains proper UV mapping.
