About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a rectangular walnut table with a distinct acrylic leg, accompanied by a chair and two stools. The ensemble centres on a long, rectangular table finished in a rich walnut veneer, supported by a mix of a solid timber base and a transparent acrylic leg for visual lightness. Accompanying the table is a single upholstered chair with a curved backrest and two matching circular stools topped with textured beige fabric. The composition is presented as a functional workspace or dining arrangement, including small decorative accessories such as a table lamp, a laptop, and a ceramic cup, which provide a sense of scale and materiality to the overall furniture set.

The download is a 38.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the table, seating, and decorative elements. Users should check the pivot points for the chair and stools to ensure correct placement on the floor plane. The transparent acrylic material is set up for ray-traced reflections, so ensure the scene lighting is sufficient to capture the refraction. Textures are applied using standard mapping, which can be adjusted for scale if the model is scaled to fit specific room dimensions.

This set is suited for modern residential dining areas, boutique office breakout spaces, or high-end hospitality interiors. It works well in minimalist or contemporary project stages where a blend of organic timber and synthetic materials is required for contrast. Professionals can search for this asset when specifying statement dining pieces or flexible meeting furniture. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and soft ambient lighting to highlight the material contrast between the dark walnut wood and the clear acrylic structural element.
