About this asset

This modern 3ds Max TV unit features a light wood finish with a grey open-frame base, complete with integrated media decor elements. This long-form media console presents a clean, linear aesthetic suitable for contemporary living spaces. The upper section consists of five flush-fronted storage drawers finished in a light natural timber veneer. Below, a structural grey metal frame creates an open, compartmentalised base that provides visual lightness while maintaining a robust silhouette. The unit comes as a curated set, including a flat-screen television and minimal decorative accessories such as books and a geometric sculpture. The proportions are low and wide, designed to anchor a feature wall while offering practical storage for media components and living room essentials.

The download is a 23 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the cabinet and decorative components. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for accurate placement against walls. The wood grain mapping is applied to follow the horizontal orientation of the drawer fronts, and the grey base uses a simple material definition that can be easily adjusted to match specific interior colour palettes during the lighting and rendering phase of the project.

Ideal for residential living rooms, this media console works effectively in minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired interiors where clean lines are prioritised. It serves as a functional anchor for home entertainment zones, pairing well with wall-mounted shelving or large-scale artwork. Professionals looking for a low-profile media storage solution will find this asset versatile for both open-plan apartments and dedicated media rooms. It is a standard choice for interior visualisations requiring a realistic, lived-in look that avoids excessive clutter while maintaining a high-end, organised aesthetic.
