Modern Leather Armchair with Wood Side Panels Set of 2

This modern armchair set is a SketchUp model featuring leather upholstery and distinctive wood side panels in two colourways. These armchairs exhibit a robust modern profile defined by wide, low-slung armrests and a structured backrest with horizontal stitching details. The seat cushion is deep and plush, framed by solid wood side panels that provide a sharp contrast to the soft leather upholstery. This set includes two variations: one finished in a light beige leather and another in a deep black leather, both sharing the same geometric form and dark wood accents. The low-profile feet are integrated into the base, maintaining a clean, grounded silhouette suitable for contemporary interior compositions.

The download is a 20.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as groups or components to facilitate easy placement and manipulation within a scene. Users can apply materials by accessing the native material editor, allowing for quick adjustments to the leather grain or wood texture mapping. Given their clean geometry, these chairs are efficient for populating lounge areas or reception spaces without overloading the viewport. Ensure the axes are properly aligned during insertion to maintain consistent orientation across larger layouts or furniture arrangements.

Ideal for residential living rooms, executive office lounges, or boutique hotel lobbies, these armchairs offer a versatile seating solution. They pair effectively with low coffee tables or side tables in minimalist or contemporary settings. Designers often search for these items when specifying furniture for waiting areas or residential reading corners. Their neutral aesthetic and material combination make them suitable for projects requiring a balanced mix of comfort and structural design, ranging from high-end hospitality interiors to sophisticated home office setups.
