Modern Japanese Sideboard and Console Table Set

This SketchUp set of modern Japanese-style sideboards and console tables features clean lines, marble accents, and refined joinery. This collection includes three distinct storage units designed with a refined Japanese aesthetic. The pieces feature a mix of solid wood frames, marble top surfaces, and decorative paneling. One console model utilizes cylindrical marble supports, while the sideboards incorporate fluted or painted cabinet doors with minimalist metal hardware. The proportions are low and horizontal, emphasizing a balanced, tranquil silhouette suitable for contemporary interiors. Each unit is detailed with subtle material contrasts, combining the warmth of natural timber finishes with the cool, polished texture of stone and the metallic sheen of slender legs.

The download is a 158 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised into groups or components, allowing for easy placement and modification within your project file. Materials are applied using standard UV mapping, which can be adjusted via the material editor to suit your scene lighting. Since the geometry is clean, you can easily swap finishes or scale individual elements to fit specific wall lengths. Use layers to toggle between the different sideboard models and ensure your model origin is set to the base for precise floor alignment.
