The download is a 81.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, import the geometry and maintain the existing hierarchy to ensure easy material assignment for individual components. The model is structured into logical segments, allowing users to adjust the layout of the shelving or reposition the central island to suit specific room dimensions. Ensure textures are properly mapped to the cabinet faces and glass surfaces. Lighting should be carefully placed within the scene to highlight the interior shelving and the display top of the island unit.
