Contemporary Grey Velvet Sofa and Armchair Lounge Set

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features a tufted grey velvet sofa and two matching armchairs with distinctive wooden detailing. The set includes a long three-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all finished in a deep grey velvet upholstery. The inner backrests are quilted with a classic tufted diamond pattern, contrasted by clean-lined, smooth-upholstered seat cushions and cream-coloured throw pillows. The exterior frame is constructed with dark wood panels and textured grey fabric accents, elevated by subtle metal trim. Proportions are generous, with a low-profile silhouette and wide, structured arms that create a formal, tailored appearance suitable for high-end interior schemes. The geometry is clean, focusing on the interplay between soft textiles and rigid, decorative exterior panels.

The download is a 96.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type, allowing for easy selection and material assignment. The velvet shaders are set up for realistic light absorption, while the wood and metal components use standard PBR maps. Users should check the pivot points for each piece before placement in a larger interior scene. The components are grouped logically, making it simple to toggle individual items or apply global transformations when arranging the furniture within a living room layout or a hotel lobby visualisation.
