The download is a 77.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organized into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and adjustment within a scene. Users should check the pivot points to ensure correct alignment against walls or floor planes. The materials are applied via standard layering, which can be easily swapped or modified to match specific interior palettes. Scaling the model should be done carefully to maintain the proportions of the shelving compartments and the bench height, ensuring it remains functional for typical residential room layouts.
