The download is a 29.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised logically with individual objects for the desk, shelving, and chairs, allowing for easy placement and material adjustments. Users can manipulate the desk position or detach the shelving unit to suit specific room layouts. UV maps are pre-applied to the wood and fabric surfaces, facilitating quick texture swaps or scaling. Standard lighting setups will interact well with the matte finishes of the cabinetry and the fabric texture of the chairs, ensuring a realistic appearance in final renders.
