Modern Grey Metal Modular Shelving Unit with Cabinets

This modern modular shelving unit in SketchUp features a grey metal frame with gold accents, glass shelves, and enclosed cabinets. The shelving system comprises vertical metal supports connected by gold-toned brackets, creating a light, open-frame aesthetic. It incorporates a mix of open display shelves and enclosed cabinets with solid grey doors. Some sections feature tinted glass inserts, providing a sophisticated contrast to the opaque storage units. The configuration is modular, allowing for a balanced arrangement of books, decorative objects, and concealed storage. Proportions are slender, emphasizing the verticality of the design, while the gold hardware details add a refined touch to the industrial-inspired structural framework. The entire system is presented as a cohesive storage solution.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a collection of components, allowing for easy adjustment of the modular sections. Users can manipulate the individual shelving bays or replace the included decorative accessories to suit specific project requirements. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be modified or updated with custom shaders. To integrate the unit, place it as a single component block and use the scale tool to align the height with your room's ceiling plane, ensuring correct layer organization.
