Modern Fabric Living Room Furniture Scene Set

This modern living room furniture scene for SketchUp features varied sofa arrangements, coffee tables, and decorative accessories. This comprehensive furniture collection includes four distinct living room arrangements featuring contemporary sofa designs, including L-shaped sectionals and linear three-seater sofas. The pieces are upholstered in neutral-toned fabrics, accented by wooden legs and sleek metal bases. Accompanying elements consist of various coffee tables, square ottomans, armchairs, and floor lamps. The set is rounded out with curated wall art, indoor potted plants, and patterned area rugs, providing a cohesive aesthetic. Each element is modelled with clean lines and balanced proportions, suitable for creating realistic interior visualisations without excessive geometry.

The download is a 93.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp scene directly into active projects to populate living spaces efficiently. The models are organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection, scaling, or substitution of individual components. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be edited or replaced within the material editor. The scene is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it simple to drop into existing models and adjust lighting or camera angles to suit specific design requirements.
