About this asset

This modern beige fabric modular sofa scene for 3ds Max features a complete living room vignette with coffee tables and decor. This comprehensive furniture scene centres on a low-profile, modular beige fabric sofa with a tufted seat base and plush back cushions. The arrangement includes a pair of nested coffee tables with white marble tops and dark structural bases, a cylindrical wooden side table, a textured grey rug, and a circular ottoman. A wall-mounted slatted timber panel provides a warm backdrop, complemented by a floor lamp and a large abstract artwork. Every element is curated for a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic, balancing clean geometric lines with soft, tactile upholstery and natural wood tones.

The download is a 59.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this scene directly into 3ds Max projects to populate living areas rapidly. The assets are organised by object type, allowing for easy selection, repositioning, or extraction of individual components like the coffee tables or lighting fixtures. Materials are mapped for immediate use, though scaling should be verified against the project floor plan. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned before snapping the assembly into place against architectural walls or within open-plan layouts to maintain proper spatial hierarchy.

This modular sofa setting is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and boutique hospitality suites. It serves as a ready-made focal point for interior design visualisations, particularly in projects requiring a sophisticated, neutral palette. Designers can use this set to demonstrate spatial flow in open-plan apartments or to furnish staging areas for real estate marketing. It pairs effectively with minimalist architecture and warm, textured interior finishes, providing a balanced look for both contemporary and transitional design schemes.
