About this asset

This modern beige fabric living room scene for SketchUp features a modular sofa, a lounge chair, and a complete slatted timber TV wall unit. This comprehensive furniture arrangement includes a contemporary three-seater sofa with a matching chaise and an individual lounge chair, all upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with slim dark metal legs. The focal point is a floor-to-ceiling slatted timber wall panel, which integrates a dark green base cabinet for media storage and an open shelving unit with a stone-effect back panel. Accessories such as a floor lamp, a circular pendant light, and various decorative objects are included to complete the composition, offering a balanced mix of soft textures and linear architectural elements.

The download is a 40.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp scene into a project, users should place the model as a single component to maintain the relative positioning of the furniture and wall units. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection if specific elements need to be isolated or moved. Materials are applied using standard SketchUp texture mapping, which can be easily adjusted or replaced with custom PBR assets if required for high-end visualisation workflows, ensuring consistent lighting across the furniture and wall components.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene provides a ready-made focal point for living room layouts. It is particularly useful during the concept and design development stages when visualising open-plan living areas or media rooms. Professionals can utilise this set to quickly populate floor plans, providing clients with a clear understanding of spatial arrangements and material palettes. The neutral colour scheme pairs well with diverse interior styles, making it a versatile choice for modern apartments or family homes seeking a cohesive look.
