About this asset

This modern beige fabric living room lounge scene for 3ds Max features a coordinated set of seating, tables, and decor elements. This curated lounge arrangement includes a three-seater sofa and a matching armchair, both upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with exposed timber frames. The seating is complemented by a cylindrical solid wood coffee table and a smaller, slender dark stone side table. A textured patterned rug grounds the composition, while a potted indoor olive tree and a modern wooden ceiling fan complete the set. Every element is designed with clean, contemporary lines that evoke a mid-century influence, providing a cohesive aesthetic for high-end residential interior visualization projects.

The download is a 69.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this scene into your 3ds Max project, merge the file into your master scene and ensure the unit scale is consistent. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of materials or individual components. Use the native material definitions as a starting point, refining them with your preferred render engine settings to match your specific lighting environment. The model is optimized for efficient viewport navigation while maintaining high-fidelity geometry for close-up camera angles.
