Modern Beige Fabric Acrylic Lounge Chair

This modern 3ds Max lounge chair features a minimalist transparent acrylic frame and a suspended, channel-tufted beige fabric seat. Defined by its airy, transparent aesthetic, this lounge chair utilizes clear acrylic side panels to support a slung, channel-tufted seat. The upholstery is finished in a neutral beige fabric, providing a soft contrast to the rigid, geometric structure of the frame. Small metal connection points secure the fabric sling to the acrylic side supports, ensuring structural integrity while maintaining a clean, industrial profile. The seat curves naturally to provide ergonomic support, creating a lightweight visual presence suitable for contemporary interiors that require refined, unobtrusive furniture pieces with high-end detailing.

The download is an 8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max project, ensure the acrylic material settings are adjusted for correct refraction and transparency values to achieve a realistic glass-like appearance. The model is scaled for standard lounge seating; verify the pivot points are correctly placed at the base for easy positioning within your scene. Apply appropriate subdivision modifiers if close-up rendering is required, and manage the fabric textures using standard mapping coordinates to maintain the integrity of the tufted pattern across the curved surface.
