About this asset

This modern animal-themed decorative shelf set for SketchUp features an arrangement of wooden floating shelves, animal figurines, and art. This curated decorative set comprises four light-toned wooden floating shelves arranged in an asymmetrical composition. It includes a variety of animal-themed ornaments, such as a bronze-toned elephant, a small giraffe figurine, a metallic turtle, and a textured white horse sculpture. The set is accessorized with several stacks of books with thematic titles and three framed black-and-white animal portraits featuring a giraffe, a bear, and an elephant. The overall aesthetic is clean and contemporary, utilizing a neutral palette of natural wood, metallic finishes, and monochrome prints to provide a cohesive look for styled interior vignettes.

The download is a 24.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organized as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy placement within a project. Designers can manipulate the individual shelves or relocate the decorative items to suit specific wall configurations. The textures are mapped for standard rendering workflows, and the file structure supports simple rotation and scaling. Ensure the group axis is placed against the wall plane for efficient snapping and alignment during the interior styling phase of your design development.

This asset is ideal for residential interior projects, specifically for styling living rooms, home offices, or children's bedrooms. It works effectively as a focal point on a feature wall or within a built-in joinery unit. Professional designers would search for this when looking to add personality to a space, utilizing terms like wall-mounted display, curated bookshelf styling, or animal-themed interior accessories. It pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral wall finishes, providing a balanced, layered appearance in both conceptual and final visualizations.
