About this asset

This minimalist wall-mounted TV cabinet in 3ds Max features a rich walnut finish and an asymmetrical floating shelf design. This contemporary floating TV unit is defined by its clean, linear geometry and rich walnut wood grain finish. The configuration consists of a primary horizontal cabinet body with three integrated storage sections, paired with a lower, offset side shelf that extends the horizontal profile. The design is strictly minimalist, eschewing hardware for a seamless, handle-less appearance. The unit is presented wall-mounted, providing a lightweight, airy aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. Included are decorative accessories, specifically a glass vase with greenery, which complement the wood tones and provide a sense of scale to the assembly.

The download is a 21.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured for efficient placement within your scene. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy snapping to wall surfaces at custom heights. Materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be adjusted to align the wood grain direction to your specific project requirements. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility during complex interior rendering tasks, and consider adjusting the lighting setup to highlight the depth and texture of the walnut finish.

Ideal for residential living rooms, media suites, and modern hotel lobby lounge areas, this floating unit offers a sophisticated storage solution for AV equipment and decorative display. It pairs effectively with large-format wall-mounted displays and minimalist interior schemes. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying wall-hung media consoles, timber-finish entertainment units, or custom joinery-style storage for contemporary apartment projects. Its compact, wall-mounted nature makes it particularly useful for maximising floor space in smaller urban dwellings or high-end retail showroom displays.
