About this asset

This minimalist 3ds Max media wall unit features a textured beige plaster finish, integrated floating shelving, and stone accents. This custom media wall assembly is designed with a clean, monolithic aesthetic. The primary wall structure is finished in a warm, off-white plaster, providing a neutral backdrop for the recessed television area. A long, grey stone-effect shelf spans the lower section, complemented by a suspended wooden storage compartment and a dedicated niche for firewood storage. To the right, a vertical column features inset shelves for curated decor. Decorative elements include circular wall reliefs, ceramic vessels, and a sculptural bust, which enhance the wabi-sabi character of the composition.

The download is a 125 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer separation for the main wall, shelving, and individual decorative assets. Users should confirm that texture paths are correctly re-linked upon insertion into a project file. The plaster surfaces benefit from high-resolution bump maps to retain the subtle organic grain seen in the preview. Adjusting the lighting setup to emphasize the depth of the niches and the texture of the stone shelf will help integrate this assembly into a larger interior scene.

This media wall is suitable for contemporary residential living rooms, high-end hotel suites, or boutique hospitality lounge areas. It pairs well with organic textures, linen upholstery, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for a refined, custom-built look will find this useful for projects focusing on minimalist or wabi-sabi interior design schemes. The unit serves as a focal point in open-plan layouts, providing both functional storage and an elegant display surface for curated objects and media equipment.
