Mid-Century Tan Leather Swivel Armchair Set

This mid-century tan leather swivel armchair set for 3ds Max features a classic egg-style silhouette with a four-star metal base. This set comprises two iconic egg-style armchairs finished in a warm tan leather upholstery, paired with a minimalist circular side table. The chairs feature a contoured, organic shell design that provides integrated armrests and a high backrest for ergonomic comfort. Each seat is supported by a slender, four-star polished metal swivel base, offering a refined contrast to the soft, rounded leather form. The proportions are balanced, capturing the distinct profile of mid-century modern lounge furniture. The inclusion of a small, white-topped pedestal table completes the arrangement, making it a cohesive set for lounge environments.

The download is a 1.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a project, ensure the pivot points for the chairs are correctly set to the base center for easy rotation. The leather material should be managed via the material editor, allowing for adjustments to reflection and bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions. As these are individual objects, they can be easily detached or re-positioned within the scene to accommodate various spatial layouts, ensuring the swivel base remains aligned with the floor plane for accurate rendering results.
