About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max executive desk features an L-shaped configuration with a light wood finish and integrated grey storage. The desk comprises a primary work surface supported by a distinctive angled metal frame at one end and a substantial storage return at the other. The desktop is finished in a light wood veneer, accented by a central linear inlay in a contrasting grey textured material. A modesty panel in matching light wood maintains a clean profile. The attached return unit provides enclosed storage, featuring a grey, ribbed-effect front panel that complements the desktop inlay. This assembly offers a balanced aesthetic suitable for professional environments, combining open legroom with functional storage space.

The download is an 8.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is aligned with the floor plane for efficient placement. The object consists of distinct components, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the wood and metal finishes. Use the native layer structure to manage the desk and its associated accessories separately. Applying standard PBR material workflows will help achieve realistic reflections on the metal frame and the wood veneer surfaces during the rendering process.

This executive desk is suited for high-end home offices, corporate boardrooms, and private management suites. Its L-shaped design provides a generous workspace, ideal for professionals requiring dual-monitor setups or additional surface area for documents. It pairs well with leather task chairs and minimalist office shelving. Architects and interior designers searching for executive workstations or modern office furniture will find this piece versatile for both residential and commercial interior projects where a clean, professional aesthetic is required.
