About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped kitchen unit is a 3ds Max scene featuring integrated cabinetry, appliances, and a compact workspace layout. This L-shaped kitchen assembly combines functionality with a clean, modern aesthetic. The arrangement includes floor-to-ceiling storage units with contrasting black textured panels and cream-coloured frames. An integrated oven and sink are set into the main run, complemented by overhead wooden cabinets that add warmth to the palette. The layout is designed to maximise utility in a confined footprint, providing a balanced mix of closed storage and open counter space. Every element, from the appliance housings to the base cabinetry, is finished with a refined, minimalist approach suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 27 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this kitchen is organised into logical layers for efficient management of individual components. Users can easily adjust the materials or swap out appliances by accessing the grouped geometry. The scene is scaled for standard architectural workflows, allowing for quick integration into larger floor plans. Proper use of the asset involves linking it to the master project file and verifying light paths to ensure the integrated appliance textures render correctly within the host scene environment.

Ideal for residential kitchen designs and interior visualisation projects, this unit fits perfectly into compact apartments or open-plan living areas. It serves as a reliable base for demonstrating spatial efficiency and material contrast in modern home developments. Designers searching for a pre-configured, L-shaped kitchen assembly will find this model useful for rapid prototyping and client presentations. It pairs well with neutral wall finishes and minimalist lighting fixtures, effectively conveying a contemporary atmosphere in both new-build and renovation architectural schemes.
