Grey Wood Console Cabinet with Decorative Table Lamp

This 3ds Max set features a grey wood console cabinet paired with a decorative table lamp, ideal for traditional interior schemes. The console cabinet features a two-door configuration with a distinctively wide, overhanging top surface supported by decorative corbel-style brackets. Its finish is a weathered grey wood grain, providing a rustic yet refined aesthetic. Accompanying the cabinet is a table lamp with a classic flared red shade and a metallic horse-shaped base, which serves as a decorative focal point. The proportions are balanced, making the piece suitable for placement against a wall in a hallway, living area, or dining room, where it can function as both a storage unit and a display surface.

The download is a 4.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max file into their scene as a grouped asset. The cabinet and lamp are separate objects, allowing for independent positioning or the removal of the lamp if only the console is required. Materials are applied to standard geometry, facilitating quick adjustments to the wood texture or lamp shade colour through the material editor. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base for accurate placement on floor surfaces, and check that normals are correctly aligned for consistent rendering results.

This console and lamp set is well-suited for residential projects, particularly in formal hallways, grand foyers, or traditional living room layouts. It provides a ready-made focal point for designers aiming to add character to transitional spaces. Professionals often search for such console tables to anchor artwork or mirrors, or to add visual interest to empty wall segments. The piece pairs effectively with classic or rustic interior styles, fitting seamlessly into high-end residential or boutique hotel lobby designs where a warm, curated atmosphere is desired.
