Grey Modern Hanging Swing Chair Set

This modern hanging swing chair set for SketchUp features four distinct lounge seating styles with metal frames and fabric cushions. This collection comprises four unique hanging swing chairs, each offering a distinct aesthetic and structural approach. The set includes a spherical grey fabric pod, a white lattice-work frame, a teardrop-shaped natural rattan weave chair, and a minimalist fabric hammock-style seat. Each piece is equipped with its own dedicated floor-standing metal frame, providing stability without the need for ceiling mounting. The designs range from enclosed cocoons offering privacy to open-frame structures, all featuring integrated seat cushions for comfort. The mix of materials, including woven rattan and sleek metal, ensures versatility across various interior and exterior design schemes.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are structured as individual groups or components, allowing for easy placement and rotation within your scene. The geometry is clean, with distinct layers for the frames and the seating elements, enabling simple texture adjustments or material swaps. Users can scale the objects to fit specific spatial requirements while maintaining proportions. When rendering, apply high-quality fabric and metal textures to the existing UV mapping to ensure realistic light interaction, particularly for the woven rattan and the suspended fabric components.
