Grey Marble and Gold Reception Desk Scene

This contemporary reception desk scene for 3ds Max features a grey marble counter with gold accents and two integrated glass shelving units. The scene comprises a rectangular reception desk finished in a grey marble veneer, punctuated by a prominent vertical gold-toned metallic detail on the front panel. It includes two tall, slim white upright supports that anchor multiple horizontal glass shelves, creating a modern display area for products or literature. Completing the arrangement are two upholstered stools, a computer monitor, and various small decorative accessories arranged on the shelves. The composition is clean and minimalist, offering a professional aesthetic suitable for high-end commercial interiors where both functionality and a refined visual impact are required.

The download is a 14.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is structured as a cohesive assembly, allowing users to merge the entire set directly into a project file. The geometry is organised by components, enabling the separation of the desk, shelving, and accessories as needed. Users should check the material slots for the marble and metallic shaders to ensure compatibility with their preferred render settings. Pivot points are typically centred at the base for easy placement on floor planes, while lighting should be adjusted to highlight the metallic and glass surfaces.
