About this asset

This modern grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa 3ds Max scene features a modular lounge arrangement with integrated coffee tables and decor. This comprehensive living room assembly centres on a low-profile, grey fabric sectional sofa featuring a modular design with a dedicated chaise section. The upholstery is finished in a neutral tone, complemented by an assortment of scatter cushions in varying shades of grey, charcoal, and brown. Included in the set are two circular coffee tables of differing heights and diameters, featuring contrasting stone and dark fluted wood finishes. The scene is completed by a contemporary ring-style pendant light, a floor lamp, a textured area rug, and a backdrop of vertical wall panelling.

The download is a 90.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The 3ds Max file is organised into logical layers, allowing for the easy isolation of the sofa, lighting, and furniture components within the viewport. Users can merge this asset into existing architectural projects by aligning the floor-based elements with the Z-zero plane. Materials are mapped using standard coordinates, and the lighting setup is ready for adjustment to match the specific illumination requirements of a new interior render. The modular nature of the sofa allows for individual repositioning of sections to suit varied room layouts.

This furniture set is suited for high-end residential living room visualisations, hotel lobby lounges, and luxury apartment staging. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-render solution for designers needing to populate open-plan living spaces quickly. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with a wide range of interior styles, pairing well with timber flooring, marble surfaces, and minimalist architectural details. Professionals should search for this item when developing floor plans or interior design concepts requiring a balanced, contemporary lounge area with integrated lighting and storage elements.
