About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa and coffee table set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric finish with marble and metal accents. This set includes a long, linear 3-seater sofa upholstered in light grey fabric, supported by a slim black metal frame. The sofa is accessorised with a collection of throw cushions in contrasting earth tones. Accompanying the seating is a circular coffee table with a white marble top and a lower glass shelf, alongside a smaller matching side table with a cylindrical marble base. The design focuses on clean lines and a balanced material palette, combining soft textiles with hard surfaces like polished stone and powder-coated steel to create a sophisticated, cohesive aesthetic for modern interiors.

The download is a 59.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material editing. Users should check the scale upon insertion to ensure alignment with project units. The materials are separated into distinct slots, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric textures or metal finishes. When populating a scene, the sofa and tables can be treated as a single group or individual assets, making it straightforward to swap out the tables or reconfigure the seating arrangement within a larger interior layout.

Ideal for residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas, this set provides a complete solution for social spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist decor, large-format tile flooring, or timber finishes. Professionals searching for a balanced seating group for contemporary apartment design or luxury hospitality projects will find this model versatile. It is well-suited for high-quality architectural visualisations where a refined, lived-in look is required, often used in conjunction with area rugs, floor lamps, and decorative accessories to complete the room composition.
