Flowering Branch in Rustic Terracotta Pot

This 3ds Max model features a delicate flowering branch arrangement set within a textured rustic terracotta pot for interior scenes. The asset depicts a decorative arrangement consisting of thin, dark, organic branches adorned with small, light-coloured blossoms. The foliage is contained within a stout, traditional terracotta vessel featuring a wavy, scalloped rim and a subtle, horizontally banded texture on its exterior surface. The proportions are balanced, with the sprawling, asymmetrical reach of the branches contrasting against the solid, grounding form of the pot. Its weathered, earthy finish suggests a handcrafted aesthetic, making it suitable for adding natural, tactile detail to interior spaces that require a touch of organic character.

The download is a 40.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single object or a grouped collection of geometry. Users should check the pivot point at the base of the pot for easy placement on surfaces such as console tables or shelving. The materials are likely mapped with standard textures; ensure that the opacity maps for the blossoms are correctly linked to maintain transparency in the render. Adjusting the branch distribution or rotation can help create natural variations when populating multiple areas of a project.

This botanical decor is ideal for styling residential living rooms, entryways, or hospitality settings like boutique hotel lobbies and cafes. It pairs effectively with rustic, farmhouse, or wabi-sabi interiors, serving as a subtle focal point on side tables, mantels, or dining room buffets. Designers often search for this type of asset to add life to architectural visualisations, specifically when looking for seasonal accents, floral arrangements, or small-scale greenery to enhance the realism of an interior scene during the final stages of design development.
