Fabric Contemporary Living Room Furniture Scene Set

This contemporary living room furniture set for SketchUp features four distinct seating arrangements with varied styles and curated decor. This collection provides four diverse living room configurations, each showcasing a unique aesthetic. The models include a range of sofas, from tufted velvet-style pieces to clean-lined modular units, paired with complementary lounge chairs, ottomans, and accent tables. Materials are varied, incorporating fabric upholstery, solid wood frames, and metal accents. Each scene is styled with rugs, coffee tables, and decorative cushions to create a cohesive interior look. The assets are organised to allow for easy selection and placement within a larger floor plan, providing a comprehensive library of seating options for various interior design schemes.

The download is a 123 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, load these assets as components into your project file to maintain efficient file management. Use the native move and rotate tools to position the furniture within your floor plan. Apply textures directly to the geometry or replace materials using the paint bucket tool to match specific project finishes. Ensure these components are placed on dedicated layers to keep your model organised, and use the scale tool cautiously to maintain correct proportions relative to your architectural spaces and ceiling heights.
