About this asset

A collection of six decorative sunburst-style mirrors in SketchUp, featuring varied metallic finishes and intricate geometric frames. This collection comprises six distinct circular wall mirrors, each featuring a radial sunburst design. The frames are constructed from metal, finished in various tones including polished gold, brushed silver, and warm bronze. The central glass elements range from plain reflective surfaces to designs accented with small decorative beads or crystal-like insets. Proportions vary across the set, with some designs exhibiting fine, needle-like spokes while others utilize broader, overlapping rays. These pieces offer a mix of minimalist metallic structures and more elaborate, ornamental configurations, providing a versatile range of wall accents for interior detailing.

The download is a 59.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Ensure the wall-mounting plane is correctly aligned with the vertical surface of your interior model. Use the scale tool cautiously to maintain the intended proportions, and apply reflective material settings to the glass faces to achieve realistic light interaction. These components are best managed on a dedicated 'Decor' or 'Accessories' layer to keep the scene geometry organised and easily toggleable during rendering.

These mirrors are suited for high-end residential projects, hotel lobbies, and boutique retail spaces. They serve as effective focal points in living rooms, hallways, or above console tables, especially where a contemporary or mid-century inspired aesthetic is desired. Designers often use such pieces as 'wall art' to add texture and depth to plain surfaces. Search for 'decorative wall mirrors', 'sunburst accent mirrors', or 'metal wall decor' to find similar items for your interior visualisations and architectural presentations.
