About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a cream boucle upholstered armchair with a low-profile, curved silhouette and a compact form. Defined by its soft, organic geometry, this armchair presents a fully upholstered design that prioritises comfort and minimalist aesthetics. The piece features a continuous, curved backrest that flows seamlessly into integrated armrests, wrapping around a deep, plush seat cushion. The entire structure is finished in a textured cream boucle fabric, which adds tactile depth to its rounded, monolithic silhouette. Its low-slung profile and wide base give it a grounded appearance, making it an ideal choice for modern interiors where soft, sculptural forms are preferred over rigid, traditional seating structures.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, import the geometry into your scene and ensure the UV mapping is correctly preserved for the boucle texture. The model is scaled for standard residential use, though it can be adjusted to fit specific spatial requirements. Use the material editor to assign or refine the fabric shader, ensuring the bump or displacement maps are active to capture the characteristic looped texture of the boucle material under your chosen lighting setup.
