About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a yellow fabric lounge chair and matching ottoman with dark wood tapered legs. The set comprises a high-back lounge chair with a curved silhouette and a rectangular ottoman, both upholstered in a clean, off-white fabric. The chair exterior is finished in a vibrant yellow textile, providing a distinct contrast to the seat cushion. Each piece is supported by dark, tapered wooden legs with subtle light wood accents at the feet. The chair includes a small, square scatter cushion, while the ottoman features a draped monochrome checked throw and a book, adding a lived-in aesthetic to the composition. The proportions are balanced for relaxed, comfortable seating.

The download is a 39.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a nested group or component, allowing for easy placement and orientation within your 3D scene. Users should verify the scale against their floor plan before final positioning. The materials are applied using standard SketchUp texture mapping, which can be modified or replaced via the materials tray. For high-quality visualisations, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility and performance efficiently when working within larger interior architectural models or complex residential scenes.

This lounge chair and ottoman set is suitable for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, or boutique hotel suites where a contemporary accent piece is required. It pairs well with minimalist side tables, floor lamps, or neutral-toned rugs to anchor a reading corner or relaxation area. Its clean lines and warm colour palette complement both modern and transitional interior design schemes effectively.
