About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a vibrant yellow rectangular table paired with four slender-profile black chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with a solid yellow top and a minimalist black metal frame. Accompanying the table are four chairs, each featuring a curved black wood backrest and a circular upholstered seat in a neutral brown fabric. The chair frames are constructed from thin black metal tubing, accented with subtle metallic gold-tone hardware at the joints and cross-braces. The design prioritises clean lines and a high-contrast colour palette, balancing the bold primary yellow of the table surface with the grounded, dark tones of the seating and structural elements.

The download is a 21.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a grouped assembly for easy placement within an interior scene. Users can adjust the material IDs to modify the fabric or wood finishes independently. The model uses standard pivot points at the base of the legs, allowing for efficient snapping to floor planes. Texture mapping for the table surface and seat cushions is pre-applied, ensuring consistent results when adjusting lighting scenarios or camera angles during the final visualisation process.

This dining configuration is suitable for modern residential kitchens, compact apartment dining areas, or trendy cafe interiors. Its slim profile makes it an ideal choice for smaller floor plans where visual weight needs to be minimised. Designers often pair this set with minimalist pendant lighting or neutral wall treatments to allow the yellow table to function as a focal point.
