About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features an oval white terrazzo tabletop and six boucle-upholstered chairs with wooden legs. This dining set comprises a large, oval-shaped tabletop finished in a white-toned terrazzo, supported by a substantial black sculptural base. Accompanying the table are six dining chairs characterised by their distinctive wooden frames, which extend into slender, tapered legs. The seat and backrest are upholstered in a textured, cream-coloured boucle fabric, providing a soft contrast to the hard stone surface of the table. The set includes a small decorative tray with a vase and glassware, completing the scene with a refined, balanced aesthetic suitable for modern dining environments.

The download is a 96.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is provided as a cohesive set in 3ds Max, allowing for straightforward integration into interior scenes. Users should check object grouping to manage the table and chairs independently. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, with the terrazzo and boucle textures requiring careful adjustment of tiling parameters if scaled. Lighting should be configured to highlight the contrast between the matte fabric and the polished stone surface to achieve a realistic presentation.

Ideal for residential dining rooms and high-end hospitality spaces like boutique hotel restaurants, this set serves as a sophisticated focal point. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, complementing neutral palettes and natural materials. Designers looking for a refined, sculptural dining arrangement will find this asset useful for visualisations requiring a balance of texture and form.
