About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a white rattan lounge chair with a black metal frame and a glass-topped side table. This furniture set comprises a deep, bowl-shaped lounge chair and a matching circular side table. The chair features a woven white rattan shell supported by a minimalist black metal frame. Its organic, curved silhouette provides a relaxed seating posture. The accompanying side table consists of a clear glass top held by a cross-legged timber base, offering a light and airy aesthetic. The combination of tactile woven textures and clean geometric lines makes this set a versatile addition to modern interiors, balancing natural materials with structural elements for a cohesive, balanced look in any space.

The download is a 5.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming for easy selection. The materials are assigned as standard maps, allowing for quick adjustments to the rattan weave or glass transparency during rendering. Users should check the pivot points upon insertion to ensure the chair and table sit correctly on the floor plane. The geometry is clean, making it straightforward to scale for specific room layouts or to integrate into larger interior scenes without compromising the viewport performance during the design process.

Ideal for residential living rooms, sunrooms, or boutique hotel lobbies, this lounge set brings a relaxed, contemporary feel to interior projects. It functions well as a standalone corner feature or as part of a larger seating arrangement. Designers often search for rattan accent furniture to introduce texture into minimalist or tropical-inspired spaces. This set pairs effectively with soft textiles, indoor plants, and neutral colour palettes, making it a reliable choice for staging residential units or creating inviting breakout areas in commercial hospitality environments.
