About this asset

This contemporary living room lounge scene for SketchUp features a beige fabric sofa, leather armchair, and marble coffee table. This composed living room set provides a complete interior arrangement, centred around a low-profile, beige fabric sofa with soft-touch cushions and a textured throw. The composition includes a tan leather lounge chair with a wire-frame base, a rectangular coffee table with a polished black marble top and slender metal legs, and a cylindrical wire-frame side table. Soft textiles such as a patterned area rug and a circular floor pouf ground the arrangement. Decorative accents including a floor lamp, abstract wall art, and small ceramic vases complete the curated look, offering a balanced aesthetic.

The download is a 58.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Architects and designers can import this collection directly into a SketchUp project as a single grouped component or explode the model to reposition individual assets. The file is structured to allow for easy scaling and material adjustment within the native interface. Users should check the layer organisation upon import to manage visibility of the decorative accessories separately from the primary furniture pieces, ensuring efficient performance when rendering complex interior scenes.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room scene serves as a quick solution for populating floor plans and visualising open-plan living areas. It pairs well with modern or contemporary architectural styles and is suitable for both conceptual stages and final presentation renders. Professionals searching for a balanced seating group, lounge area furniture, or a pre-styled living room composition will find this package effective for streamlining the design process in high-end apartment or house developments.
