About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a white patterned fabric sectional sofa arranged with coffee tables and a custom feature wall. The scene centres on a low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a white fabric with a subtle grey mottled pattern. It includes a chaise section and is accessorised with assorted throw cushions in neutral tones. The composition is grounded by a pair of nested coffee tables—one with a marble top and wire frame, the other a solid stone block. Behind the seating, a floor-to-ceiling feature wall combines vertical timber slats with large-format marble cladding, integrated with a slim vertical black shelving unit and decorative lighting fixtures to create a complete living room aesthetic.

The download is a 64.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of the furniture components. Users should manage the high-detail geometry by keeping the feature wall and furniture on separate layers to maintain viewport performance. Textures are mapped for realistic rendering, and the model is ready to be merged into larger architectural projects. Scaling the entire group according to the room dimensions is recommended before applying custom lighting settings to match the specific project environment.

This model is ideal for residential interior design visualisations, particularly for open-plan living areas or luxury apartment staging. It works well in hospitality projects like hotel suites or high-end lounge waiting areas. Professionals searching for a pre-composed living room set will find this useful for rapid prototyping of interior concepts. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist decor, timber flooring, and neutral wall finishes, serving as a focal point in architectural presentations where a curated, ready-to-render lounge area is required for client approval.
