Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the island, stools, and lighting components. Users should ensure all textures are correctly mapped upon import, as the marble grain and timber slats rely on precise UVW coordinates for realistic scaling. The pendant light can be easily adjusted or repositioned to suit specific ceiling heights. Lighting setups should utilise the included geometry to cast accurate shadows, ensuring the metallic finishes of the faucet and stool frames respond correctly to the scene's global illumination.

Ideal for luxury residential kitchen designs, this island set serves as a functional focal point for open-plan living and dining areas. It works well in high-end apartment projects, modern townhouses, or boutique hospitality settings where a breakfast bar is required. Professionals searching for kitchen island layouts, stone-topped counters, or contemporary bar seating will find this asset versatile for both photorealistic renders and conceptual planning. The set pairs effectively with minimalist cabinetry and neutral floor finishes, helping to establish a refined, cohesive aesthetic in interior design schemes.
