The four included chairs feature a sleek, modern silhouette with integrated armrests and curved backrests. The download is a 64.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max project, import the model and ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of the table and chairs for easy placement. The materials are structured to allow for quick adjustments to the marble reflection or fabric bump maps. Users should apply an HDRI environment map to capture the subtle highlights on the table surface and the soft texture of the upholstery, ensuring a realistic light interaction within the scene.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, luxury kitchen spaces, or hotel restaurant visualisations, this set provides a polished, high-end aesthetic. It works well in open-plan living areas where a sophisticated, neutral palette is required. Professionals often search for this type of asset when staging modern apartment projects or high-end hospitality interiors. The combination of marble and wood textures makes it versatile for both minimalist and contemporary design schemes, easily pairing with modern lighting fixtures and neutral flooring finishes.
