The proportions are balanced for smaller dining areas or casual breakfast nooks.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised as a set, allowing for easy placement within a room layout. Users can adjust the overall scale or swap out materials on the upholstery and metal frames using the standard material editor. The geometry is clean, facilitating straightforward integration into existing scenes. It is recommended to place this set on a separate layer to manage visibility and to ensure the model origin is set to the floor plane for accurate snapping during placement.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact apartments, or boutique cafe interiors, this set brings a refined, modern aesthetic to any project. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor themes and is suitable for both early-stage concept modelling and final presentation renders. Designers looking for a space-saving furniture solution will find this set effective for visualising breakfast nooks, small kitchen zones, or intimate dining arrangements in hospitality settings. It is a versatile choice for creating a lived-in, realistic atmosphere.
