About this asset

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features two white fabric sofas, woven rope coffee tables, and coordinated decor. This comprehensive interior scene comprises two identical three-seater sofas upholstered in a clean, off-white textured fabric. The seating is complemented by a trio of circular coffee tables constructed from intricate white woven rope, offering a distinct textural contrast. The arrangement is rounded out by a set of table lamps with fabric shades, a minimalist three-light chandelier, and three framed wall prints. The inclusion of small potted plants and decorative cushions adds a lived-in feel to the composition, making it a cohesive solution for immediate placement within a larger residential interior project.

The download is a 87.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 9 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical components, allowing for individual selection of the sofas, tables, or lighting elements. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to their project dimensions before placement. Materials are applied via standard SketchUp textures; these can be easily adjusted or replaced within the Materials tray to match specific design palettes.

Ideal for residential design, this set is well-suited for staging living rooms, open-plan apartments, or hospitality lounge areas. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and natural timber flooring to create a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. Designers can search for this asset when looking for a complete, ready-to-render living room arrangement that avoids the need to model individual pieces. It is particularly useful for rapid conceptual visualisations where a light, airy aesthetic is required for client presentations or interior design documentation.
