About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a white fabric sectional sofa, armchair, coffee tables, and floor lamp. This comprehensive furniture collection centers on a modular, L-shaped white fabric sectional sofa, complemented by a curved armchair, a cylindrical ottoman, and a low-slung, frameless beanbag-style seat. The arrangement includes two tiered coffee tables with slender metal frames and glass tops, alongside a tall, arched floor lamp. The upholstery is finished in a clean white textile with contrasting grey scatter cushions, creating a neutral, cohesive palette. The pieces are arranged on a circular rug, demonstrating a balanced layout suitable for open-plan living areas or high-end hotel lobby lounge spaces.

The download is a 56.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a complete SketchUp scene, this asset is best utilized by importing the entire group into your project file via the component browser. Users can easily explode the group to isolate individual pieces or reconfigure the modular sections to suit specific floor plans. Materials are organized for straightforward editing within the default SketchUp tray, allowing for texture scaling or color adjustments. Given the complexity of the set, it is recommended to manage the components on a dedicated layer to optimize viewport performance during modeling.

This furniture set is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for staging modern apartments, penthouses, or luxury living room concepts. It pairs effectively with minimalist architecture and neutral interior palettes. Professionals can use this scene to quickly populate lounge areas in hospitality projects, such as hotel waiting rooms or upscale bar seating zones. Search for this asset when needing a ready-to-use, coordinated seating group that provides a balanced, high-end aesthetic without requiring individual piece selection or complex arrangement.
