Contemporary Brown Leather Upholstered Bench with Throw

This contemporary brown leather bench, modelled for 3ds Max, features a rectangular upholstered seat and a draped houndstooth throw. This rectangular bench features a clean, low-profile design finished in a warm brown leather upholstery. The seat is divided into six distinct rectangular panels, providing a structured, geometric aesthetic. It is supported by a minimalist, dark-toned metal frame that elevates the seat slightly from the floor. A draped throw blanket with a classic houndstooth pattern rests across the centre of the bench, adding texture and a casual, lived-in element to the overall composition. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for placement at the foot of a bed or within a living area.

The download is a 26.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilising this model in 3ds Max allows for efficient integration into interior scenes through standard import protocols. The bench is provided as a single unit, facilitating easy placement and rotation within your workspace. Ensure that the texture maps are correctly linked to the material editor upon import to maintain the integrity of the leather and fabric surfaces. Adjust the lighting parameters to accentuate the subtle sheen of the leather and the depth of the houndstooth weave for a realistic, high-quality final render.

This bench is an ideal addition to residential interior projects, particularly as an end-of-bed accent piece in a master bedroom or as supplemental seating in a modern living room or walk-in closet. It pairs well with contemporary bedroom suites or minimalist hallway storage solutions. Its neutral palette ensures compatibility with various colour schemes while the included throw adds a necessary layer of domestic realism.
