About this asset

This contemporary children's bedroom decor set for SketchUp features a curated selection of soft furnishings, wooden toys, and lighting. This comprehensive nursery decor collection includes a plush, oversized beanbag chair in light blue, paired with a white modular shelving unit that incorporates open storage cubes and closed drawers. The set is accessorised with various children's lifestyle elements, including a large star-shaped wall light, string lights, and a collection of wooden building blocks. Soft toys, such as a whale and shark, add a playful touch, while small decorative objects like books and framed artwork complete the ensemble. The materials are predominantly soft textiles and painted wood, maintaining a clean, neutral aesthetic suitable for modern interiors.

The download is a 15.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 12 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should import the SketchUp file as a component to ensure easy management of the various individual elements. The model is organised with clear grouping, allowing designers to select, move, or hide specific toys or furniture pieces as needed to populate a scene. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily edited or replaced with higher-resolution maps to suit specific rendering requirements during the final visualisation stage of a residential project.

It provides a quick way to add personality and a lived-in feel to project renders. Architects and interior designers can use these assets to demonstrate scale and functionality in family-oriented living spaces. The set pairs well with soft-toned wall colours and natural timber flooring, making it a valuable addition to any library focused on residential design, staging, or educational facility interiors.
