About this asset

This contemporary living room scene, modelled for 3ds Max, features a white boucle L-shaped sectional and a green upholstered lounge chair. This comprehensive furniture arrangement comprises a modular L-shaped sectional upholstered in a textured white boucle fabric, paired with a sculptural, tubular-framed lounge chair in a muted olive green finish. The central focus includes a nested coffee table set, combining a white marble-topped rectangular table with a lower, black-finished slatted timber base. Accessories include a floor lamp with a slender stem, a textured area rug, and various decorative items. The composition balances soft, organic curves with clean, architectural lines, providing a cohesive aesthetic for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors.

The download is a 54.8 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The models are provided with grouped geometry, allowing for easy placement and adjustment within your floor plan. Apply your preferred render engine materials to the base geometry, ensuring the boucle fabric and marble textures are correctly mapped using standard UVW modifiers. Lighting can be balanced by adjusting the intensity of the floor lamp and integrating secondary light sources for depth.

Ideal for professional architectural visualisations, this set is suited for modern apartment living rooms, luxury hotel lobbies, and upscale showroom displays. The neutral palette and contemporary forms allow it to pair seamlessly with minimalist or soft-modern interior design schemes. Professionals often search for such curated sets when staging rapid-turnaround residential projects or high-quality concept renders. The arrangement provides a ready-to-use focal point, reducing the need to source individual pieces while maintaining a high level of design consistency throughout the space.
