Abstract Metallic Humanoid Sculpture

Abstract metallic humanoid sculpture designed for 3ds Max, featuring a fluid, liquid-like surface finish and elongated, expressive proportions. This abstract humanoid sculpture presents a highly stylized, fluid interpretation of the human form. The figure is characterized by an elongated neck and torso with a distorted, organic aesthetic that suggests molten metal. The surface features intricate ripples and undulations, catching light to emphasize its reflective, polished gold-tone finish. Standing on two distinct lower limbs, the piece maintains a sense of graceful, albeit surreal, movement. It is a singular, non-articulated object intended as a static decorative element. The proportions are intentionally stretched, creating a compelling focal point that bridges the gap between traditional figurative art and modern abstract design.

The download is a 4.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single mesh object, allowing for straightforward placement within a scene. Users should maintain the provided material assignments, which rely on high-specularity settings to achieve the distinct metallic appearance. When scaling the sculpture for specific interior contexts, ensure the pivot point remains at the base for easy alignment with floor or pedestal surfaces. Lighting setups should include high-contrast environmental maps or studio lights to effectively highlight the complex surface reflections and contours of the form.
