Contemporary White and Charcoal Modular Wall Cabinet System

This contemporary modular wall cabinet system for 3ds Max features a clean white panelled facade contrasted with dark charcoal open shelving. Comprised of a series of vertical white panels with recessed detailing, this modular storage system incorporates a central charcoal-finished open shelf section. The right-hand side features an exposed shelving unit with varying timber-toned shelves, providing a textural counterpoint to the matte white cabinetry. The unit is designed for wall-integrated applications, balancing closed storage with display space. Proportions are linear and tall, suitable for full-height room installations. The overall aesthetic is restrained and modern, relying on the contrast between the solid opaque surfaces and the depth created by the open shelving elements.

The download is a 20.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layering, allowing for easy selection of the white panels versus the internal charcoal shelving components. Users can adjust the overall width by tiling the modular segments along the wall plane. Materials are assigned by element, enabling quick modification of the wood grain or paint finish via the material editor. Ensure the unit is anchored to the back wall plane during placement to maintain correct depth and alignment with architectural features in the scene.
