About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a dragon rocking toy features a white fabric head and torso with black faux-fur detailing. Designed as a whimsical nursery accent, this dragon-themed rocking toy combines soft materials with a sturdy timber base. The creature is constructed from white fabric, featuring embroidered closed eyes, small horns, and felt-like wings. Its mid-section is covered in long, dark, shaggy faux-fur, extending into a matching tail. The entire assembly rests on two curved, dark-stained wooden rockers, which provide a stable foundation. The proportions are balanced for a child's bedroom setting, blending soft tactile elements with the classic silhouette of a traditional rocking horse, reimagined through a playful, mythical character design.

The download is a 12.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single editable mesh or group. Users should check the pivot point at the base of the rockers to ensure accurate placement on floor surfaces. The fur elements are likely represented by hair-and-fur modifiers or proxy geometry; users should manage these in the layer stack to maintain viewport performance. Materials are mapped to standard channels, allowing for easy adjustment of the wood grain or fabric texture scaling to match specific scene lighting conditions.
