About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a walnut and white home office desk, a minimalist chair, wall shelving, and an upright piano. This composition provides a complete, coordinated study and music area. The primary element is a compact desk finished in walnut veneer with a contrasting white drawer unit, paired with a white shell-style chair on slender wooden legs. Above the workspace, a wide, multi-tiered wall-mounted shelving unit displays books and decorative items. Adjacent to the desk sits a classic black upright piano, creating a dual-purpose room layout. The set includes all visible accessories, such as the laptop and floral arrangement, which enhance the realistic scale and functional intent of the arrangement.

The download is a 53.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max scene into a project, merge the file into your master scene and ensure the unit scale matches your architectural model. The components are grouped for easy placement; consider ungrouping to adjust individual elements like the chair or books to suit specific camera angles. Ensure all material paths are correctly mapped to your local textures folder and check that the lighting setup is compatible with your current render engine settings for consistent global illumination and shadow rendering.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations, this scene works well in living rooms, dedicated music rooms, or multi-functional home offices.
