About this asset

This contemporary dining set comprises a large, oval-shaped dining table with a substantial, curved black marble pedestal base and six matching upholstered dining chairs. Each chair features a plush, deep red velvet finish with a tufted backrest detail, supported by dark-stained wooden legs that complement the table's base. The table surface displays a refined dark marble texture, providing a sleek contrast to the soft, vibrant fabric of the chairs. The set includes a small decorative vase, creating a cohesive, ready-to-use dining arrangement suitable for high-end residential or boutique hospitality design projects.

The download is a 65.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material adjustments. Users should check the pivot points of the chairs for efficient placement around the table. The materials are mapped for standard render engines; ensure texture paths are correctly linked upon opening the file. For optimal realism, apply a subtle bump map to the velvet fabric and adjust the reflection parameters on the marble table surface to suit your specific lighting environment.

This dining set is an ideal choice for luxury residential dining rooms, sophisticated hotel suites, or upscale restaurant interiors. Its bold red colour palette acts as a primary focal point, pairing well with neutral wall treatments or dark, moody architectural finishes. Professionals can utilise this asset in mid-to-high-end project visualisations, particularly when aiming for a contemporary, statement-driven aesthetic. When searching for this type of furniture, consider terms like luxury dining arrangement, red velvet seating, or sculptural marble dining table.
